Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions should only be requested in writing, giving two working days notice.

You may also send your requests by fax (020 8686 0824) or online services, which you will need to sign up for at the Practice. Please come to the surgery if you would like to use Patient Access and to receive your login information.

The prescription may be collected during office hours. If you supply a SAE it will be posted to you or direct to your chemist.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
