Email Queries & Prescription Requests
As of 28th February 2025, queries and prescription requests from patients will no longer be accepted by email.
Please read the information below to find out how to contact us:
AccurX
If you have a medical query, AccuRx is the quickest and simplest way for the majority of our patients to access our clinical team for assistance.
Contact us about your request via AccurX.
You can also call to make an appointment to speak with one of the Clinical Team.
If you have an admin query, please contact us via AccuRx.
Contact us about your request for a fit (sick) note, test results, or anything else admin related.
The NHS App
Medication requests should be completed via the NHS App.
You can also track the progress of your prescription with the App. Prescriptions sent via the method above will be processed more quickly as they go directly into the doctor’s inbox.
Test Results will display on the NHS App once they have been reviewed by the clinical team.
View your test results via the NHS App.
Prescriptions requested directly via the Practice or via the website will take 72 hours.
